violence agains young ladies

in our country we have a big dieases which is anger in our boyfriend /man's mind ....everymonth i have to read that 2ladies been killied over money,,, can the goverment atleats setup every month a day to pray in a cetain place? or to educate people how to handle their relationships,, maybe in that case things will change ..the other thing is can we the ladies stay away from money and focus on love based in our heart? i know money makes things better but atleast lets eat what we work for.for us not to be killied no more. can we young women stand up and do our own business and create some jobs for others? ,helping olphans ,encourage others to do the same in our countries..and motivate them to be an independent women on their own..and
all i know now is that both women and men dont fear GOD at all thatswy men ar the killer now.can we start go to church regulary then see how things will change in our lives?...and the other thing is i want the goverment to put the bibel to school as a subject, that leaners will write examination..
