no Difference we are Persons :: Remember

earth_clouds_.gif

Here is one of the basic Keys to know, so when we are making our Action Plan we know exactly who we are talking and whom do we have to influence positively to make the real Change!

Maybe for you is not new, but is something I have seen sooo frequently. And makes that so many efforts end in nothing.

It is simple, Remember who is he???

That is so wise!

Nuria,
That is so wise and isn't that something that is critical to everything we do? Know who you are talking to and who needs to change. Thanks for sharing.

good question!!

I'll explain with an example. People get angry with a company who is doing something, let's say 'not good' (an industry that is throwing toxics to the river, or is exploits children). They fight against that '3rd', do campaigns against them, and most of the time forgetting that if you really want to change that you have to on one side design the plan to reach who are really deciding that policies and on the other 'translate' properly to whom you want to know that.

So, that's why I remember that we have to be precise who is provoking that abuse, it is not X organization or company, or government... it is persons that decide to do that. I believe that this 'distance' they put in between has a good psychological effect of distraction and in some cases 'appeals' to human commodity.

today here in Spain many of us are very concerned with our Justice Statement, because of his decision with the judge Baltasar Garzon, a judge that has fought for Human Rights... there are going to be many manifestations, but if we really want to make a change... we have to act towards the decision makers.

Hope this make it clear, I didn't want to mention any specific name, because there are many.

If you feel it is too general, please ask me!!
