Giving Context to our Conversations
There are thousands of events, stories, traditions, and cultural or societal understandings that make up our lives and affect the way we think, interact, and see the world. In this group we seek to explore the stories of our family, community, and culture with the goal of learning more about each other and creating more authentic conversation based on greater understanding. Share a special family or community tradition, a story from your childhood that had a great impact, or discuss the effects of a historical event on your society as a whole. In sharing whatever it is that we believe has shaped who we are we can give context to our conversations so that we make communicate more effectively and with a deeper understanding for one another.
