Need: Website developer required to work on a not for profit project

Dear All,

I would like to ask if you or anyone you know would be interested in developing a website for a not for profit project, for a very nominal charge or even for free? At present, I am the only one who is heading it and have no funding as such to back it up. I know this involves a LOT of work but like I mentioned above I am doing this on my own. However, if it is a nominal fee, then I can probably work something out. Maybe, you could give me a suggestion as to any other alternative.

I am also thinking of obtaining funding for my project after submitting a proposal and/or being part of a project, participating and hopefully winning a competition. I am going to conduct my own research but any advice would be appreciated.

listen, maybe you can try to contact www.iwith.org, its an NGO working to develop websites among social entepreneurs and others non profit organizations.

actually they develop me the Peace Correspondent website (www.corresponsaldepaz.org) and they are fantastic people, try to talk with Ramon or Laia, their services are just wonderful and their fees are not so expensive, trust me, you can try to work with them even in the distance, as I am doing now

Thankyou so much for your invaluable suggestion! I've been trying to look up any such initiative as well as orgs. that provide grants. No luck with the first but I've been able to locate some of the latter. However, funds are granted if one is selected and are given at different times during the year. Hopefully, that should work out too but for now will definitely get in touch with www.iwith.org.
