Need: Promoting Communication rights

The Creative Centre for Communication and Development (CCCD) is looking for funding to implement a project aimed at building and recognising communication rights particularly for women and girls who are vulnerable and marginalised.
Please provide me with websites, organisations or individuals who would be interested in funding this project.
