Offer: Reporting Course in Accra, Ghana

From the International Journalists' Network Newsletter:

"Journalists with at least two years of professional experience and a good level of spoken and written English may apply to take a course in Accra.

This course, presented by the Thomson Reuters Foundation, aims to strengthen journalists' core skills, specifically their ability to write and report news, as practiced by Reuters and other global agencies.

Special focus will be paid to participants' accuracy, impartiality, speed, clarity and structure. The course will help reporters recognize their good habits and give them the opportunity to work on their weaknesses.

The course will take place from April 14-18.

The deadline to apply is March 31.
