Need: Caribbean voices global HIV/AIDS arena

We need more voices of the Caribbean in the global HIV/AIDS arenas. Often the so called "LAC region" puts together Latin America and the Caribbean, two very diverse regions for one single representative. If you know of any activist working on gender, women's rights or HIV/AIDS in this region, please let me know about it.
