Need: Renewed call for help with funding a vocational training center in Afghanistan
My name is Lea and I posted last April a request for funding on behalf of the founder of a vocational training in Afghanistan.
The center is once again in dire need of funding and if it does not receive adequate funding, it will have to close down. This would be a true loss as the center has helped many women and man receive training in a variety of subjects, mainly Computer Skills and English. Please find below the original message posted in April:
I am an online English teacher who has taught English to an Afghan student in Kandahar through a program which has a partnership with a training center called Kandahar Institute of Modern Studies (http://www.theafghanschool.org/), where the student is currently attending English classes.
Very recently the director of the institute , Ehsanullah Ehsan, contacted me to inform me that he needed help with funding and ask if I knew of anyone who could be of help to him. I have forwarded to you his email explaining the current situation. He is concerned that if he does not acquire enough funding, he will be forced to close down the school.
Here is his email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have any ideas about how to get funding, would you mind contacting him and sharing information?
Thank you very much.
Please find in the attachment information about the training center.
