applicable to need or not?

wow, so many papers needed.
did you get a lot of applications?
do you know of any higher education people can apply for funding for, that doesn't require so much paperwork.
does anyone recognise Home Education, or have opportunities that test for capacity, and therefore not require exam results?
just not sure that many paperwork needs will reach any of the people you might be aiming at, specifically, given that money to pay school fees are limited, it would still be possible to teach / learn without being able to pay for exams that prove it.

or do you know who to ask?

about GEMMA

Hi Hazel,

Thank you for your questions.

Indeed, we get more than 2500 applications for this programme alone. GEMMA is a Master's Degree and therefore a previous higher education, an undergraduate degree is required.

There are several websites that provide scholarships for the undergraduate level, or certificate of completion.

If you want to enroll for free and get certification, you may want to check:

Vocational/lifelong learning courses with scholarships are also found on the European Commission website.

warm regards,
