PATH seeks to recruit an Administration and Monitoring and Evaluation Associate. Reporting to the Technical Advisor, the Administrative Associate will coordinate workshops, meetings and provide logistical support to the project team. S/he will work closely with the project stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate project implementation according to the work plan. In addition, s/he will pay a critical role in ensuring monitoring and evaluation of this project.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
1.Provide project and administrative support to team members in the implementation, design and monitoring of the project.
2.Create and maintain centralized project calendar and travel schedules for the team. Prepare a travel matrix for each quarter, request for travel and inform the team appropriately.
3.Plan and coordinate conferences, workshops, meetings and other functions for different project activities. Coordinate availability of equipment, printed materials, catering, hotel, taxicabs, and other necessary logistical details. Prepare workshop advance requests for project activates, travel budgets, partners stipends and authority to travel requests and follow up with finance department to process.
4.Facilitate team and/or multi-partner meetings and conferences, including preparation of agendas, recording and distributing meeting notes, and following up on action items.
5.Initiate procurement and facilitate distribution of health promotion materials. Facilitate team hotel, transport requests and project equipment by preparing PRFs. Follow up on project bills and contractor payment.
6.Provide M&E support services to the project by ensuring timely submission of the project data, data entry, analysis and maintain a database of project’s key outputs and equipment listing. Update the project dashboard.
7.In collaboration with the M&E team, participate in the m-Health TWG to share and learn the use of mobile health data reporting and exchange for community TB interventions.

Required Skills
•Ability to develop training materials.
•Excellent communication, networking, and coordinating skills, including report writing in English.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Experience with monitoring and evaluation for national health and development programs or projects preferred.
•Proven ability to work effectively in close collaboration with government health officials and representatives from the public, private, commercial, and NGO sectors.
•Ability to conceptualize, analyze, and synthesize information on program impact and lessons learned.
•Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative research skills.
•Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite tools.
•Experience with statistical package (such as SPSS, STATA, or SAS) preferred.
•Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially MS Excel and MS Access.

Required Experience
Bachelors degree in social sciences, business administration, demography, statistics or related discipline and program evaluation and minimum of three years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Exposure to M&E plan development, including conceptual frameworks and logic models desirable.

You must currently have legal authorization to work in Kenya.
