Need: SUPPORT A YAWI DOCUMENTARY
YAWI continues with its mission to empower women holistically. We are in the initial stages of a light is basic documentary. We want to tell our stories to the rest of the world. We want to be heard and be an encouragement to others. Light is a basic need as our women have benefited and gotten solar lanterns they are excited and want to tell the whole world.
This is what Leah had to say” I thank God for YAWI it brought light in my world. I no longer struggle to walk long distance to buy kerosene, I spent totally nothing to light my house all I do is to wake up in the morning hang my solar lantern on a post and in the evening I get it back in my house and there is light. My grand children run from school to my house they want to use the lantern to do their home work. I have save some money from what I used to spend on kerosene. I can now buy a goat or chicken which increase my wealth. ……………………………………”
These just one of the many stories we want to share. We are looking for people who can support the production of this documentary. Your contribution will be a blessing to us and will always be part of this success.
