Offer: Four weeks Capacity Building Program with Field Exposure in “Community Driven Development” from 7 – 31st January, 2013 at Bala Vikasa PDTC, Andhra Pradesh, India.‏

Bala Vikasa is a non-government voluntary organization working for the integrated development of rural communities in India from past 22 years with a motto of “Helping people to help themselves”. Bala Vikasa with its vast experience in implementing community development programs is considered as “a Model for an integrated Community Development” .

Bala Vikasa People Development Training Center, BV PDTC from past one decade is rendering noble service of training and empowering thousands of development professionals and community leaders and is evolving as a “Center of Excellence” in Sustainable Community Development. BV PDTC is considered as a light house to development organizations across the globe.

Bala Vikasa People Development Training Center is pleased to announce Four week-long Capacity Building Program with Field Exposure in “Community Driven Development” (CDD). This program is scheduled from 7 – 31st January, 2013 at Bala Vikasa PDTC Premises.

This program is targeted and specially designed in both theoretical and practical aspects of various approaches, methodologies and tools for development practitioners working in Community Development to meet current and emerging demands to make developmental interventions more inclusive, effective, efficient and sustainable.

The course is designed to be participatory and will build upon the experiences of the participants giving ample opportunities for cross learning.

The cost of the four week long training is only INR 40000. But partial scholarships are available on the first come first serve basis. The maximum intake number for the training program is only 25. Hence we request to confirm your participation at the earliest by sending your application form attached to this email or download from our website.

To encourage the participation of NGOs from different countries in capacity building programs, Bala Vikasa PDTC provides food and accommodation – (Non A/C rooms 3 sharing basis) within the premises of PDTC, at its own cost.

I am really interested, just that I can afford the 1,100 U S dollars for the air ticket from Nigeria to Andra Pradresh. It is a wonderful training meant for people like us working for the rural communities.

Yes, sister, they are very good people but the air fare ticket is 1000 U.S Dollars, they cant pay that, they can only pay for accommodation and feeding. Thanks sister.

I will try to visit the organisation whenever I am in India, its in Adra Pradresh.
