Need: resources/funding

I would like to open a domestic violence community center/shelter,free of cost.but we do not have the resources or funding.we will offer spiritual help counseling and supply basic needs. how am i able to begin this proyect?we would like to expand nation wide to be able to help those women who do not have a place to stay overnight.
Guide them to the correct places.

Jesus, our Lord and Saviour is a rich God. We can come to Him in prayer for our needs through other people or organization. The Peace and Collaborative Development Network posts a number of funding opportunity from time to time. World Pulse is a member of PCDN but you can be a member as a individual also.
