Need: Internship Opportunity

Hi I am a University Student expecting to graduate in may of 2013 with a BA degree in Gender Studies and Political Science. I am looking for internship opportunities for september 2013 till sept 2014 or less in either Canada or Africa (specifically Kenya or Ghana). If anyone has information on organizations they can share I would be very appreciative. I am interested more broadly in community organizing, equity and HIV/AIDS/ health advocacy work.
