Need: Searching for funds

To Whom It May Concern
My daughter is a senior doing her pre-medical at the University of Washington, Seattle. She hopes to be a doctor and wishes to serve the community. She wants to be a neuro-physician or surgeon because her favourite cousin and maternal grandfather are afflicted with epilepsy and she wishes to find a cure for them and for those who are less privileged and cannot afford medical aid. Her basic aim is to serve, in India or abroad. She's a wonderful kid, very compassionate and helpful and ready to walk an extra mile for any person in need.
I've been able to fund her this far but now I've exhausted my resources and I'm finding it extremely difficult to fund her. With the dollar going up my woes have augmented, as the rupee is losing value everyday. I don't have a regular job so cannot hope to get a loan. As of now I need 20,000 dollars to have her complete her first degree and then another 2000 dollars for her to take up coaching to sit for the MCAT. Finally, my daughter will require funds to go to medical school but that will all depend on her MCAT score.
As of now I need 22000 for her to graduate and I wish to take things step by step.
