Need: Looking for opportunity to Study

I am a single mother of three, who has a five year experience in Human resource management, I have mainly got this experience through employment by associates and good performance, I would very much like to take up a degree course in this area, but failed to do so due to financial contraints, I have now failed to get further employment due to lack of competitive qualifications If any one has any advise on affordable online courses or scholarships, kindly give me some feedback.

There are several websites that offer esteemed college courses for free online, and also video lectures that can be accessed for free too.
