Offer: Call for Applications: East Africa Fellows Program (Acumen Fund) Deadline: August 26, 2012
The Acument Fund is looking for 20 passionate East African leaders who are committed to developing innovative solutions to address a variety of social problems affecting East Africa. Each Fellow must be the leader of a social change initiative – either as an entrepreneur or as an individual working within a private sector business, a government organization, or an NGO – and they must have been driving this initiative for the past 2-3 years. Projects can focus on any issue, but must contribute to positive social change in East Africa.
The year-long “executive MBA”-style program is rigorous, challenging, and interdisciplinary. Fellows participate in four multi-day seminars and work together on two collaborative projects. Click here to learn more about the application process and eligibility criteria.
Applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM (East Africa Time) on Sunday 26 August 2012. Late submissions will not be considered. Apply now or invite a friend to join the next generation of leadership for East Africa.
