Need: Looking for a literary agent or a publishing house

The novel's main character is Maisoon, a Palestinian citizen of Israel. Maisoon tries to make sense of the complex reality in which she lives, facing both the past and the present. She searches for some sanity and explores issues of identity, belonging, love, and relations with Palestinians from the Occupied West Bank through a deep friendship. The novel is written from within - I myself am a Palestinian citizen of Israel, and so it depicts this reality from first-hand experience.
I'm looking to publish my book in the UK or the US, as it is in English and meant for the Western reader. So if anyone has any contacts or any suggestions, I'd appreciate any kind of help.
