The Economic and Public Sector Program (EPSP) is an Australian Government, AusAID initiative, a partnership between the Governments of Australia and Papua New Guinea. The goal of EPSP is to provide an effective and efficient public service that focuses on service delivery for the men, women and children of PNG. The program also aims to create an enabling environment for broad-based economic growth.

The Department of Personnel Management (DPM) plays a critical role in providing an enabling environment in Human Resources (HR) for central agencies, line agencies, hospitals and provincial administrations. EPSP, on behalf of DPM, is seeking an Inclusion and Equity Adviser to provide advice and assistance to the Department of Personnel Management to improve their overall framework and guidelines for Inclusion and Equity policies, practices and processes.
Requirements:

Key to this role will be your extensive practical experience in developing and implementing equity and inclusion plans or strategies for Human Resource Management in a large and/or complex organisation.
In addition, you must possess significant knowledge of contemporary equity and inclusion principles and their application to organisations in developing countries.

This position is a six month periodic input, within an eighteen month period.

The Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF) applies. This position is classified as discipline B, level 4.*
