Offer: Calling All Artisans!
Are you a jewelery maker, weaver, milliner, or fashion designer (or do you know of one) just waiting to be discovered? HMC is looking for you!
Homemade Change (HMC) is a start-up nonprofit (on the verge of attaining 501c3 status in the United States) with a mission of connecting artisans to a global network of peers and clientele who are collectively changing their communities through . . . shopping.
HMC seeks to:
Provide profit-generating market access to untapped or underutilized artisans throughout the world, while encouraging and empowering them to positively impact their communities.
Equip and empower our partner artisans to run sustainable businesses and be able to engage broader markets on their own.
Offer good-quality lifestyle products to our customers.
The HMC (ever-growing) product line includes:
Accessories (hats, scarves, belts, jewelry, hair and clothing accessories, etc.)
Home Décor (decorative pillows, coasters, wall décor, dining room linen, bedroom linen, etc.)
Paper Goods (stationery, notebooks/journals, books, artwork, gift tags, wrapping paper, etc.)
As we roll toward our official launch this summer, HMC looking for talented artisans to showcase in our pre-launch initiative, The Balloon Project. For a month leading up to our launch date, we will promote artisans and their crafts through online platforms. Selected artisans will be offered the opportunity to make a profit and make a difference in their communities!
