Need: Need: Funding for an International Conference Titled 1st Intercivilization Dialogue on Youth Volunteerism: How Youth can be catalyst of change in the promotion of peace and in the attainment of UN Millennium Development Goals.

Hi everyone, I am Jitendra Sahu from Chhattisgarh, India. I am glad to share you that I have been selected for 1st Inter-civilization Dialogue on Youth Volunteerism: How Youth can be catalyst of change in the promotion of peace and in the attainment of UN Millennium Development Goals organized by United Nations alliance for Peace Volunteerism
in partnership with UNESCO Young Professionals Club Inc. Philippines, to be held at Manila, Philippines from 25th May – 27th May 2012. This is a three-day event that seeks to inspire and motivate young individuals from different organizations, NGOs, and countries to become a real agent of change. It provides a perfect avenue to create dialogue and projects amongst different nationalities and be united as one. It is also a great chance to bridge cultural differences and eradicate biases and prejudices. It is place to develop friendship, understanding, resilient partnerships, networks, and harmony.

They will also equip themselves with knowledge about United Nations Millennium Development Goals and how young people such as young as them serve as a catalyst of change. They will also have the opportunity to exhibit their projects, provide photos and clippings of their country’s situation, and also develop antidote for pressing challenges on the United Nations Development Goals. UNESCO Young Professionals Club Philippines Inc. invited and carefully screened 200 talented youth from around the world to share their social work, volunteerism, peace projects, and others.

I am very excited to attend the same but, I don’t have enough money as the registration fees is $200 and participants are responsible for their round trip from their home country to Philippines. I don’t want to miss such a golden opportunity of my life time. So, I need sponsorship for the same.

Not only will attending this worthwhile Conference give me a great learning experience, it’s also an opportunity to share with others the great companies I’ve been working with thus far, and to let them know how generous and supportive they are to their affiliates. I would love to find a sponsor or two to help me get there.
I would be highly obliged, if you Sponsor me fully or partially for the same.

The estimated cost would be $2500 which includes
Round trip Travelling & Visa
Registration fee
Accommodations & Food
Airport Service Charge
Other expenses

Thanking you for your time and consideration

Regards
