I have a desire to work in an NGO and later start my own.i have no experience and would appreciate any mentorship or training i should undertake before i realise this dream.I have a background in Business management.

Thank you for your response.I have a desire to start an empowerment programme where single mothers can be trained on tailoring and hairdressing and upon completion,i wish to see each one get support to start their business,eg by giving them sewing machines.This is the change i would like to see.
