Need: Peer counselling training

Looking for any training material/manuals/curriculum/syllabus for carrying out peer counselling training. I am looking to train girls in per counselling, in order for them to know how to help other peers.
As Path to Womanhood Foundation has carried out work with girls in the slums, many are not sure how to deal with issues that their peers, friends, loved ones, may be going through. The issues dealt with in the slums include: rape, incest, poverty, school, sex, teenage pregnancy and a myriad of many others.
Please assist with any material you may have on carrying out such a training or content that should be covered during peer counselling training.
