Need: Need infos on NGO's in east africa

I would like to have the contact details of organisations helping to foght the situation in East Africa. I hav agroup of friends who would like to give but just do not know how to go about it, in general the organisations are US-based and tailored for US donors. I would like to know of organisations directly in contact with families or refugees which we can reach by western union or such money transfers because most people in Cameroon don't have mastercards.

There are lots and lots of groups here on PW from East Africa. all you need to do is jus search on East Africa groups here on PW. as well as you can search for people here on PW from east africa; Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda etc-- I think PW has made its searches so easy that you can acces people from particular regions easily.
