Office Manager for Global Group. The Bretton Woods Committee is currently seeking an Office Manager to take charge of daily office operations, manage its membership database and support member fundraising initiatives, assist in program development and event planning, and conduct executive assistance. Other duties also include online research and tracking, basic newsletter writing and editing, managing the Committee's website, and web/desktop publishing.
The ideal candidate will have prior small office management / support experience, a Bachelor's degree, is self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, well organized, and able to prioritize varying assignments and have excellent communications skills with a high level of professionalism. Proficiency with office computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and Access is required. Understanding of computer systems and web publishing and design – including familiarity with basic html coding – is highly desirable. Interest in global development issues and prior international experience gained through studying, living or working abroad would be viewed as a plus.
