Need: Help with our Website

I need help with our organization website

I would like to get some help in updating the website. Putting new programs, stories, and pictures and make it more fun and interactive.

The African Women's Coalition is located in Portland, Oregon, we are a very small non profit with only a few staff.
Currently, I'm working as the Interim Executive Director and will appreciate any help or advise on how to start updating the website without feeling overwhelmed with it.
I'm looking for a self-starter, someone that can take it and run with it.

Help! Thank you.

Beautiful Website

Hi Evelyne,

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that I think your website is beautiful! It is well organized, easy to use and the graphics are wonderful.

I do not know how to build or update a website, but I bet someone in the PulseWire community may be able to assist you.

Free Technology Help for Nonprofits
Wed, 09/10/2008 - 3:14pm — SEEDS-STAN

* Nonprofit News

Need a website made for your nonprofit, or updates added to an old one? What about help figuring out how the computers in your office are networked? Did your organization just get a new computer, but isn't sure how to set it up properly? Has your printer stopped working?

STAN (SEEDS Technical Assistance for Nonprofits) is a volunteer organization run through Reed College's community service program. We pair students who have technical skills-- ranging from basic web design, to general office tech support, to network and hardware administration-- with nonprofits that need help acquiring and using technology, on both a short- and long-term basis. Although we can't guarantee help with every problem, we'd love to find a student who can do technology volunteer work for you.

For more information, or to request help, please contact Kate Agnew or leave a message for STAN at our SEEDS office, 503-777-7563. If you're requesting help, the more details you can give us, the better! We hope to hear from you soon.

build or update a website

I can build or update a website. Should there be need. I can help. Updating does not require my presence there.Only the host address and ftp connections! Let me know.

I believe everybody has the potential to live a better life. Given the Opportunity, Education and Motivation ANYONE can become someone admirable. Nobody is a NOBODY, everybody is SOMEBODY.
