Need: Trying to organize class action suit against mortgage lenders in the U.S.

I can't believe no one has done this yet, but the U.S. is in major crisis. Millions of people are losing their homes or in danger of losing their homes despite the fact that the Courts and Judges know that the banks and investors fabricated and falsified documents, submitted false affidavits, violated numerous portions of the UCC, violated State and Federal law.
No one seems to care because the banks (which are mostly 100% owned by the taxpayers thanks to the taxpayer bailout) are large and the individual taxpayers can't afford to fight the government backed banks.
In many instances, we are talking good, decent, hard working Americans who did everything correctly but who were hoodwinked, bamboozled, swindled, etc into signing complicated securities thinking they were signing mortgages. Although not all homeowners are innocent, all the banks are guilty but only the homeowners are suffering.
The worst ones are: JP Morgan/ Chase, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, GMAC Mortgage, and Bank of American.
In some states, the Attorney General (top prosecutor) have indicted lenders and lawyers for fraud, yet the Courts are allowing banks and lenders to foreclose on properties unless the people can prove fraud in their specific case. Since the banks are having cases dismissed prior to Discovery (phase of the case where each side has to show their hand), the people are not able to prove fraud because the corporations who have committed fraud are allowed to hide the proof with the court's assistance.
It's massive governmental theft on a scale I would have never believed the United States would be so bold to try, but it's been done every day in almost every state and in plain view.
I need INTERNATIONAL OUTCRY.
I need LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE.
I need MONEY to hire the best lawyers who haven't already been bought and paid for by the banks.
If you think the world is in bad shape now, imagine what it going to happen when millions of gun-toting American Cowboys decide that since the Courts aren't working to protect our interests, we need to start taking back out country courtroom by courtroom.
