Villgro Fellowship
Villgro in association with the Rockefeller Foundation presents the Villgro Fellowship, a 10-month program designed to equip individuals who dare to follow their dreams and to help build a prosperous rural India.
MITRA is a Section 25 company working to bring skills and expertise to the non-profit sector. Established in 2000, MITRA runs India’s largest volunteering program under the name of iVolunteer has partnered with Villgro to recruit RIN fellows from India and abroad. All the candidates MUST
Be committed to work in Development sector for a minimum of 10 months.
Have about 3-5 years of working experience.
Benefits:
Selected fellows will be provided stipend of Rs. 25,000/-per month to cover meals, housing and incidental costs.
Mentoring and engaging with an Innovator through practical, imaginative and decisive leadership
Acquiring an in-depth understanding of the innovation and social enterprise sectors
Developing specific expertise in technology development & business planning
Learning and implementing industry best practices
Gaining knowledge and familiarity with Villgro and other social enterprise models through structured monthly learning sessions Led change management
