Need: Oregon professionals or NGOs working for women's reproductive health in Mexico

I'm a journalist researching for a reporting fellowship and am interested in the legalization of abortion in Mexico City, the subsequent strengthening of antiabortion laws in other parts of Mexico, and the implications of Obama's recent reversal of the "Global Gag Rule" or the "Mexico City Policy." I'm posting from Portland, Oregon. Does anyone know of any Oregonians or Oregon-based NGOs working in Mexico for women's reproductive health?
