Need: Violence Prevention

I have an opportunity to attend A Violence Prevention meeting in Geneva - but need $ 3,300. I would therefore appreciate it most if any group or individuals can assist with it directly or linking me up with possible sources of funding.
Following our war in Sierra Leone, we need to sustain the peace - but violent tendencies have come up once in a while. Attending this meeting can adequately prepare me to strengthen my grip on violence prevention activities for a sustained peace. Thanks in advance for your kind assistance.

You might try The Peace and Security Funders Group, an association of private and public foundations, operating foundations, charitable trusts, grantmaking programs, and individual philanthropists who make grants or expenditures that contribute to peace and global security. Their purpose is to enhance the effectiveness of philanthropic activity across this broad area of shared interests and commitments.
