Offer: USEFUL TO YOU ALL

Tags:

This is to formally inform all our members that I am ready to write poems for anyone who is interested, it is free of charge and I hope you will avail the opportunity.

Professionally trained on recitation of poems, I can recite online if it is better, I participated as an online presenter for Pamela Pine's Stop the Silence's www.talktostop.com in November 2008, it was great as we were all reduced to tears, and I can also travel to attend your event especially within Africa where the fare is not much, as long as you have given me days notice to get prepared.

You can also send topics and issues for the composition if you can recite by yourself, I will gladly do that for you.

Olutosin is useful to you, and I am ready to play my role, there is nothing too much to sacrifice in my own little way.

I love you all.

READY

Sister,

Thanks for the comment, I am ready but you know there is nothing much that can be done without finances, I have 82 page poem and a friend of mine from Mexico (A world pulse ) memeber has even donated some works of arts for the poems. If there are avenues to publish without borrowing, I can do that, also I have finished 3 novels. If you can link me up, I do not mind.

I learn there are some NGO publishers, but I do not know how far it is true. I am interested in publishing them before they become useless.

Love you

Dear Beloved

Olutosin,
You are as generous as you are a brilliant visionary. Your words have brought me to my knees and to tears many times.
I feel as though I have been building and preparing all these years to hear your voice, and all the voices now coursing through PulseWire. So many dark nights i didn't know if i could accomplish this space, and many questioned it's value-but it was the dream of your voice that kept me going.

With your patience, I KNOW your books will be published and your poetry too. You are a great voice of Africa. I will do all I can to support you in this, and I know the right publisher will come to us.

I know you are sweating away with your frontline journal - but i thought to ask you a question related to your generous offer of poetry.

Next week, starting Thursday, the World Pulse staff, Board, and Advisors are flowing in from all over the country and world to meet to strategize on how to strengthen World Pulse so we can be sustainable and powerful - and bring millions of women's voices to the halls of power (governments, media, UN, global summits) to change the world. VOF network are the primary voices we wish to channel the world.

Would you consider doing us the honor of writing a short poem to inspire and motivate the group that has gathered? A poem to express why World Pulse will make a difference in the world? I know your voice would inspire them - and give them purpose and reason behind their work.

Of course if you cannot I we understand -- and know how much you have on your plate right now.

WE LOVE YOU!!!

Regrets

Dear Jensine,

I am so sad that i could not really do justice to the poem as I ought to, I wrote the poems on my hospital bed. I hope you love what I could come up with. I am much better now and ready to do more if it is not too late.

Thanks for your love and concerns during those long nights.

Love you

No regrets!

Please no regrets! I am thrilled to hear you are much better, dear one. Your poem was perfect, and set the stage for great inspiration and collaboration for the gathering. I read it aloud with all the passion i felt, though i wished you were there to do it even better justice. We were all awed by the power of your words!! It was perfect, perfect, perfect. We LOVED IT and so honored, so so so honored. I hope you don't mind but may call upon your poetic prowress in the future. Please keep taking care of yourself.
Love,

Thank you

my dearest Olutosin,
I cannot express how moved I was by the poem you wrote for our World Pulse gathering of staff, board members and advisors. The weekend's activities opened with your love and your words. Each participant sat in silence as your words carried their power and energy to each of us, one by one. We sat mesmerized and inspired by the voice that spoke for a million voices around the world, that spoke for the voices of PulseWire full of hope, the voices that had until recently been silent, the voices that rise in chorus to change our world. Your words carried these voices to us and became the anthem for what we wanted to achieve that weekend.

Each of us held your poem in our hearts and kept the spirit of your words in our minds as we planned the year ahead. Thank you for the love that created such beauty in words and reminded us of why we are here. We were honoured by your gift. With deep love and respect,
Janice

My Friend I missed the event

Mt Dear janice,

It was my intention to recite online on Thursday but I was on admission in hospital. My work in Nigeria here had been so hectic but now thank God I have resigned and can now do a bit for humanity and myself.

It was my number one assignment here and you can imagine how I felt bad writing in the hospital thank God you appreciate the little effort but I can do better now.

I love you, do you believe that?. from the deepest part of my heart darling.

Warmest regards
