You are all invited to the – APARECO-USA CONFERENCE: THE ROOT BRIDGE OF CONGOLESE LIBERATION, SATURDAY, April 20, 2013 to learn, to share and to act for the implementation of the President Obama’ law: Bill 109 introduced in December 2005 and Signed in December 2006 by Mr. George W Bush.
