Thanks for sharing this link, Daniela. Besides a gap in pay, there are huge gaps in hours that men work for pay and women work for pay. I don't think men and women should have to work the same amount of hours in the workforce since, for the most part, women have far more unpaid responsibilities. It is just an indicator of women's economic power and opportunity. This gap in pay brings me back to Maria de Chirikof story about being one inch tall (http://www.worldpulse.com/node/7166) and having to take care of so much with so little.
