Live Chat on the use of Blogging for HIV and AIDS Prevention

In commemoration of World AIDS Day, Rising Voices (http://rising. globalvoicesonli ne.org) will be hosting a live chat on Wednesday, December 3rd.
This chat will focus on ways in which NGOs have used blogging and video outreach programs to spread awareness about their initiatives in AIDS prevention.
