The world should help us

The world should hear this:
The islamic government of Nigeria has decleared total war on the Biafrans once again, if the region goes ahead to conduct the proposed referendum for independence schedule to hold on 6th february 2010 in anambra state, (one of the Biafran territory). i want to call on the world to reign on the islamic Nigeria government not to attack the christian people of Biafra. But if they insist on attacking us, both the Biafra army and the entire biafrans will have no choice but to fight back with the last drop of blood in our vein.
The reasons why we want to breakaway from Nigeria are because, we are people with entirely different culture, political system, and our orientation is different from the yorubas and the hausas/fulanis. our moral code is totally different. This ethics given to us by our fore father are fast fading away. It would supprise you to note that our languages is one of the enlisted languages of the world that would cease to exist in few decades time. Our dear culture has been bastardased because of our continued stay in Nigeria. Our value system has gradually faded away as a result of Nigeria. We believe in the equality of the human person. But the yorubas and hausas/fulanis don't. Because the Sultan of sokoto is above the law, the Oni of ife is above the law, and many other reasons. It was not in our culture to build fences, it was the hausa thing, because they don't want their women to be seen outside. But now, it has crippled into our land. It kills the brotherly nature of the Biafrans.

Again, referendum is a universal and acceptable method of seeking for independent, and we have choosen to follow that path.
