Salam Qudsia, This poem

Salam Qudsia,

This poem explains the situation just about right. Who has written this and is it possible to get access to the actual link? Also, is it possible to pass this around (in order to do so, I would need to know a little about the poet so as to provide some background)?

Warm Regards,

Tanya
