Well, hello people! This is Mina! Well, I am graduating this year from high school and I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Nervous! (I overdid the o's but...) Well about college I hope to study psychology and genetics!
Okay! ^ v ^,, Tips for college...
1. Study
2. Never sleep with anyone! If he likes you enough, he'll understand, don't ever feel pressured!
3. don't ever party to hardy!
4. ...

Um... Any other tips about college? I am just really afraid That I can't be able to do it. I tell that to my mom all the time but she says I can. I trust her but don't trust me self. Well... This isn't really important but I just feel so anxious about it that I wake up and night sometimes thinking about it... Yeah. Well, this is it. If any of you have any advise about College...? Yes... Bye Bye...!

Jump right in!

Mina, you should connect with our new member Reem as she is experiencing the same anxieties except that she is about to graduate from college! I have no doubt that she could offer some advice about college. From my perspective, jump right in. You're going to love it. It's this wonderful nurturing, inspiring, motivating and stimulating environment where you will make friends from a diversity of backgrounds, engage in conversations from the latest music to philosophy, have fun like you never knew before, study like you have never studied before, explore libraries full of wondrous tales, adventures and knowledge, find out how many hours you can go without sleep(!), and discover potential and the very best parts of yourself that were previously hidden away. You're going to have a blast once you find your feet and I can't wait to read all about your journey on PulseWire.

So, connect with Reem who can be found at:

Follow your passions

Off to college- so normal to be filled with butterflies flying- thrilled one minute, terrified the next.
Where will you be attending?

I liked Janice's idea of connecting with other young women in the same boat. I volunteer at World Pulse and if I meet some other about to graduate/ off to college women, I'll make sure to connect you.

Keep us posted on your adventure.

Warm wishes,

I just read that you want to study Psychology and Genetics. That's so exciting. I took a psych course and I loved it! I want to take course in counseling psychology because I want to work with war victims and I want a solid psychology background.

University is fun, read my latest post, it talks about my university experience in a nutshell.

I want to add to your college tips

1-go to events (if there is someone giving a talk GO, if there is a festival/conference etc... you should go!

2-Join clubs ( see if you have a pyschology club, start one if you want! , write for your school's newspaper if you like writing. Always be involved in something

3-Don't procrastinate. I know it's difficult, but its really for your own good:)

4-Get a calendar and manage your time well ( this is really important!)

Also, where did you apply and where are you going? is it in your hometown or are you leaving home?
