Mina's interests

Hello everyone! I just liked to talk about my interests. Just to get a better picture of the girl writing this. I know some of this stuff is on my profile but I like to say this.

1. I love running. That is my favorite thing to do in the whole world. Well, actually its eating, running and relaxing. I also love listing to my mom and sister talk. The food I love the most are 1. cookies and cinnamon rolls, 2. Mojos potatoes/ potato wedges and chicken strips and 3. Mom's tacos. I can eat those foods everyday and not get tired of them!

2. Anyway I love running any where and any time!

3. To relax I love to do... 1. read books that intrigues me, mostly the science section of the library, 2. exercising and playing video games and 3. sleeping all day long.

Those are the fundamentals of Mina. I love these things most in the whole world! More will follow with this journal. Bye for now... Is Mina being selfish only talking about herself? ... Oh well. This is why she has a cinnamon roll as a avatar! By bye!

Oh, geez, that looks gooey....Can you make these in real life? Ah, anyway I don't think it's selfish to talk about yourself. Get your issues out, find you footing. That's what this site is here for. I'm glad you are exploring yourself, with the fundamentals interests such as food, and what you love. So, keep at it!
Actually, you have a really well balanced favorites, an exercise, a relation and re-energizing!

What a joy it is to have you as a member of our community. Your mother has become such a valued member with her insightful and delightful responses. I have no doubt that in time, you too will be filling our pages with your wonderful perspective and love of life. You might be interested in connecting with Leila who is slightly younger than you (14) but has great maturity for her age and brings a wonderful insight to the community of life for a teen in Kenya. I have a feeling that you will both have much to talk about in spite of your different backgrounds. She can be found at:

Maybe you can start a group together of PulseWire teens. Again, welcome and I look forward to reading more from you. Best wishes,
PulseWire Community Director

Hello Mina, I'm not a fan of

Hello Mina,

I'm not a fan of running, but I try to walk at least 5 times a week. It's really relaxing and I need a good excercise.

I also read a lot, not from the science section, but mostly history and fiction. Who are your favorite writers? I love Isabel Allende, Leila Aboulela and Ahdaf Souief.
