Process to Overcome Teenagers Fear

httpwww_nebcathcon_orgnervous_20teen1_gif.gif

Life is full of obstacles. It is not easy to survive. Mostly teenagers give up their life because of fears. They think their fears are thick like a big Oxford Dictionary; this is because there is much more believe to make teenagers afraid in the world. Among them teenager think that rejection is the most dangerous fear in their life. Some teenagers give up a fear but most of them tried their best to accept it and overcome the challenges. Finally, they will succeed in their life.

It is more challengeable to accept a rejection for some teenagers. They think that they have to gain their goal without any obstacles. They want their life to be easy and free of challenges. They hesitated to try at least once, if they guess it would be difficult. They allowed their fear to grow bigger than their faith. They keep their fear inside them. Their fears grab them and take them to another situation.

It will stop teenagers from moving ahead. At first fear of rejection will decrease their confidence and make uncomfortable and nervous. The nervousness will not allow them to concentrate their mind and will put them in stress. Their minds become heavy and cannot see the solution of their challenges. Teenagers think that if people do not approve them, they are worthless so everyone will continue to reject them. There is a saying ‘you can only feel rejected if you want approval from someone!’ Hence, first teenagers have to think positive and have to accept themselves. Then only other will accept them.

Actually in life there is nothing to be fear all just need is to understand that fear will develop only negatives. When Teenagers don´t have any fear of rejection they will be more relaxed and even more confident and consequently people will treat them differently. They can move ahead on time and achieved their goal. For an Instance, when I went to submit my application and bio-data in an NGO, there I heard that some of applicants had already passed their Master Degree but I had finished only Class 12. If I was afraid of my competitor, I would be nervous and couldn’t get the job as a volunteers but I didn’t let it happened in my life. I didn’t think of my competitor but tried my best. I knew awareness of danger will not allow me to move ahead and accomplished my mission.

Great post

Sunita, your words are an inspiration. I believe that by you telling your story, one more voice may feel empowered to take a step towards confronting their fears. By the number of reads, I have no doubt that you have touched upon a point many can relate to. As women, we are often taught to be silent and invisible yet when we take a stand, amazing things happen. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us and best wishes in achieving your dreams.

Dear JaniceW,
Thank you so much for your comment and wishes. I saw even my own sister give up her many opportunities because of fear so I don't want anyone to do as my sister especially women who are discriminated and neglected in our society.
Thank you
