Mes voyages

Depuis 4 mois j'étais dans de voyage comme Evaluatrice dans le domaine de santé et nutrition;

My journey

For four months I was traveling as an evaluator in the health and nutrition sector. The objective was to assess the needs of the displaced, the return to their place of displacement, and give an official report: In the depths of Fizi, women give birth each year where you find a family with 5 children less than 5 years old; this because of lack of information, difficult living conditions, and men without jobs. In the particular case of Misisi, in spite of the mining, the mothers and daughters are not supervised. There is also the problem of girls who don’t go to schools, parents prefer to have their sons study rather than their daughters, and this pushes girls to marry prematurely.
There is a need to raise awareness about family planning and the fight against HIV and STI’s. Show parents the importance of girls studying as a child among other children. Who will do this? The stakeholders are available but they have limited resources.
