Digital Profit of Female Leaders in Developing Countries

A female leader is a person with a well-defined vision who knows how to set a mission for herself and set goals that can enable the realization of this vision.
And in order for this female leader to be efficient, she must be in contact with other women from around the world to see the realization of her vision. She must work in collaboration with other women of the earth with whom she shares the same vision for the well-being of all and overall for the well-being of women and of young girls.
Now, the internet gives female leaders the opportunity to exchange ideas with others with free expression.
The internet offers female leaders the chance to be read by other women who have different religions, come from different countries, have different beliefs and cultures, but who all believe in the advancement of women in respect to their rights and to justice; in short, the women who believe in world solidarity.
As a female leader, I had a job regarding the work of active women in the land mines of Kamituga; this work was requested by Madame Lauren Wolf, a female representative of the Nobel Prize.
Madame Neema NAMADAMU referred me to a female member of World Pulse for a scientific study that will take place in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
I have already attended an online conference organized by the Mama Shujaa center.
And with the other female leaders from the Mama Shujaa center, we found ways to conduct exchanges in relation to the events occurring in the province and in the country.
I promise you that the internet is an innovation for female leaders in developing countries.
Women from developing countries, I am calling you so that the internet can be profitable and beneficial to our social, political, and cultural evolution. Women of the world, you who experience the magic of the internet without difficulty, help us in this fight so that this is no longer a need for us.

Collaboration is the key

Dear Shakalili,

Thank you so much for your posting and for letting us know about the important work you are involved with in the DRC. You truly embody the qualities of a leader. You very clearly articulate the importance of the internet in terms of connecting with other women and freely exchanging ideas to address complex issues.

There is so much amazing work being done around the world by women leaders. The internet is really the only way for the larger global community to hear about it and to share ideas and support. Thank you for all you are doing and for bringing your voice and your story forward.
