VOF WEEK 3 (Blog : a Glass Cupboard )

There are many online services which are serving people with there different aspects. Now most of us using blog system. Blogging: a way to express you to find out a large community with so many expressions and expectations. It is like glass cupboard where everyone access the meterial provided by us. but there are still some challenges for its users although it is very necessary and fruitful discovery. Here we discus some of them which are going on by users. The main challenge is that users can no identify its use although he is using it already. And most of use it only for main work and could not find its challenges but where we use the positive ways we also have to take a keen look on its challenges. I have no doubt that, apart from strengthening my analytical skills and knowledge of management, The BLOGGING Program will greatly enhance my communication skills.

Yes, it is true that there is some difficulties to use it but most of difficulties are in developing countries because access to the computer is too rare. There is no better facility to use a computer, which persons who have their personal computers and have this facility at work place can take advantage of this helpful invention. For the solution of this problem is very important to open some internet cafés and special institutions for women. So there they can use it without any hesitation. There have been some instructors for them to guide about new programs because a database application is developed to satisfy the requirements or the users. It is very important to understand these requirements in detail. The application should develop according to the expectation of user. Different techniques are used to find the requirements and needs of users such as interviews. The requirement should be defined as early as possible in development process. Further more some specifies places in job for them can help in this process. But I think it will b a long term planning to overcome this issue.

great ideas!

i really enjoyed reading about your ideas of how to gain access to more people. i would have liked to hear a little more about where you personally stand in the process in terms of how much access YOU have and what YOU can do to eliminate YOUR barriers, and extend that to other people. i am glad to see all of the opportunities you would like to gain through the ability to be heard. knowing that it may be difficult, yet being willing to face those challenges, makes you an excellent candidate for leadership!

Don't let your worries get the best of you. Remember, even Moses started out as a basket case.

Dear Molliv,

thanx a lot to read my blog. it will a great pleasure for me to listen some more from your side.

best regards,

Dear Molliv, I have been

Dear Molliv,

I have been working with leading development sector organizations in the country during my professional career. As a professional, I got good opportunities to work with diverse communities across the country with rest of achieving targets and goals. I worked for the human rights and mobilization at local level, So I strongly commit that this career move toward such a prestigious organization would surely get me in a groove where I could knob that uncertainty and face those challenges easily. I have been seeking my role where I could really do something for communities

Regarding my current job, I am giving my expertise as Program Manager with Anjuman Falah-e-Niswan (AFN). AFN is involved in number of activities to empower voiceless and disadvantaged communities in the city. Furthermore, organization is engaged to facilitate the process of decentralization and democratization in the country; empower communities and enable them to understand issues like governance, development and gender in 21st century. so i have access to all the oppertunities at this time and want to use them for my community.

Developing countries

Dear Qudsia,

I think that at times, "we," from my country of mine, forget that things can be much different in other countries. As I sit here, with my wireless internet in the confines of my own apartment on my Mac, I can sometimes forget that accessibility to the internet can be difficult elsewhere. Except, I have travelled quite a bit and know this to be true. It can be such a challenge to want to use new technological tools and to reach out by using them, but not have the accessibility. You are more motivated than most of the people that I know because you find a way to make changes even with obstacles. I encourage you to keep moving forward, you obviously have very strong leader qualities and will make a difference.

Kind regards,

diffrence in priorities

Dear Theresa,

Yes it is true that there is too much differences in situation and issues at every place. But in developing countries there are differences in priorities. Such as if all the said reason in the same stages as well some other problems also. If there are computers are available in the home but girls are not allowed to use it. Brother can use but sister can not. Thinking is this that she will become evil by the uses of internet. And so many reasons like that. There is so many awareness needed. However we are trying to overcome this problem. Thanks for your understanding. Let’s hope for the best in future.
