a part of my culture - BG - KUKERI,special dressed to chase the evil - mythical inages

An image of kukeri-special dressed people who chase the evil in our communities.Thier origin is linked with Bastet - the egyptian goddes, whose thomb is in BULGARIA,and in it there is the story of the world 2000 yeras ahead. She came from Egypt on water and the description of her counselors is may be the origin of the kukeri.

i'd like to know about this. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by the kukeri. What are "the kukeri dressed people"?

THAT is an old pagan tradition - my ancestore believed that the world of the live and dead people is one and there was an idea about the abumdance of the earth, people and animals. So my ancestors looked for this mysterous link and they are using masks and animal skins - there are kukeris playngs at the new eve and at the neginning of the spring and they have special chans - made of metal with rings to chase the evil spirit and to bring abundance.
I DO make mascs of kukeri and i have sold them all over the world to keep the owner from evil powers.
