Introducing myself and my journal: WLP Updates

wlp_swoosh.jpgWomen's Learning Partnership's (WLP) primary objectives are to advance women's rights internationally, increase the number of women taking on leadership and decision-making roles, and to improve the effectiveness of feminist movements in Muslim-majority societies by strengthening the capacity of our partner organizations. The WLP partnership includes 20 autonomous national and regional partner organizations in the global south dedicated to women's advancement. We produce culture-specific curriculum and implement participatory leadership training to empower grassroots women. WLP has published dozens of handbooks, guides, videos, and CD-Rom in 17 languages, which are being used in over 30 countries. Research, data, and training resources are available on our website at www.learningpartnership.org.
