Dear Rafiki

I am writing with joy which I want to share with you and fellow member Janice W was paired with Damaris Munini in our Rafiki Program and today she received her first letter. I was so happy to see the scanned copy and her comment which really blessed my heart. Others who have received their letters include Elsie, Jade, Annete and Slomatire

The anticipation is not only amongst us who are on worldpulse.com but also those in Kenya.

wondering about something

Hi MamaAfrica,

Today I got my wonderful letter from Dorcus which made me very happy. I was wondering if it is appropriate to send her letter in a large envelope with pens and pencils. I have so many pens and pencils around my house, more than I need. Could I send a certain number so that every new woman gets a pen or pencil? It's just an idea and of course I will not do this without knowing what is helpful for you and all the women in the Rafiki club.

I'll wait to send my letter until I hear from you.

Thanks
Laura

Finally!!!!

The pencils and pens wil be a big blessing to Dorcus, and the women in The Rfaiki Club where she is.

Go ahead Galfriend and send as many as you can. We will make sure they are distributed by your rafiki Dorcus. Thank you very much for your support.

Donating online

Hello MamaAfrica,

If I donate online at www.projectforafrica.org can that money be used to buy pens, paper and postage? I just wanted to make sure. I don't have much money right now but I'd like to donate what I can.

Thanks,
Caitlin
