Community Update

Digital Empowerment Toolkit Now Available!

At World Pulse, we recognize the need for ongoing learning—for you and for your community! Our toolkits aim to provide the resources you need to advance your social change work.

We are excited to introduce our Digital Empowerment Trainers’ Toolkit, a dynamic resource to help you bring the benefits of connecting online to women in your community. Check it out today! »

The BPP Begins!

The Building Peace Project has officially begun! We have three pairs of girls and four pairs of boys coming together online from India and Pakistan, and through the coming year, they will meet online and interact.

Our team of participants bring forth some of the best talents and values, and we're really excited for the beginning! Do keep an eye out for what we'll have lined up each off the coming months.

Meanwhile, here's a quick shout out for women from India/Pakistan: we're looking for mentors who will engage in speeches vial the internet or through pre-recorded speeches that will motivate our participants. If you're up to being a part of this, do feel free to write to us!

Resource Exchange!

Thanks for posting this. Since you are looking for mentors for this project, I suggest you post it in our Resource Exchange as a NEED here: Make sure to mark it as a campaign resource so that campaign participants will see your need for mentors. I hope you find some great people for your project!

Good luck with your project!

Good luck with your project! I know there are sometimes tensions between India and Pakistan, and it is great to see you using technology to bring people in the two countries together to learn from each other.

Great idea!

I love the idea of a peace building project using the internet. I think that it is particularly special because it sounds as if you are joining Indian and Pakistani boys and girls in your effort. I hope that you will find all the mentors that you are looking for. Best of luck on this project. Keep us posted!
