Why do women pull women down?

The greatest obstacle to women empowerment is not men .It is our own counterparts who drag us down . What is really the problem? Is it jealous or fear of competition .More often than not , female bosses are difficult to deal with .Women in high places are the ones that hinder others to make it to the top , even those at the last stop of the ladder , they do not want to push others to the top. How can we stand up against that syndrome and applaud our fellow women who have made it to the top?

The story of Deborah.

The reason why l admire Deborah in the bible so much is the fact that she stood out. She was called by God , but she was not intimidated by the fact that she was a lady. What mattered to her was not her sex but her calling .I am pretty sure some women tried to give her "advice" of being calm and know her position as a woman and l also think some men did not believe her at first but that is what made her outstanding .She was a prophetess , a warrior , a mother and a wife .The fact that that she was a warrior did not make her less a woman or mother , it was what was inside her .likewise we are not supposed to be defined by our clothes or make up that we are women we must be defined by what is inside us. We are not women because we can wear dresses or makeup no.... we are women because we are mother by nature and we are women inside.

I am proud to be a woman. Thank you God . I am also proud that not only am l a woman , but an African one.....its such a blessing!!!!!

All that l have seen teaches me to trust the Creator for what l have not yet.
