Global women can now raise their voices fearless through powering of web 2.O .Women can comment about what is happening why it is happening, and how they see the happenings, in their world .This has enabled them to express their pain and anger with out fear of intimidation as no one can shut them up or stop them on internet.Some women blog from war ravaged regions where, rights and freedom of speech does not even exist, they find solutions in web 2.0 as they confide in their net friends and other women in their status. This connection and collaboration has transformed media to unleash the power of women voices in the global level.
Through blogging Women in oppressive marriage share their tribulations with the rest of the world, writing assists them to cleanse their mourning hearts, finally when readers give them feedback with answers and solutions, and they get encouraged to focus on the challenges and solution rather than the problem. The sheer number of women that are collaborating with each other and brought together by web 2.0 is immense
Web 2.0 has enabled women from different countries and nationalities to network, group, share ideas and work together. This has created and simplified ways of business marketing. There are women who are for example skillful in; art, weaving and sewing but have no market. There are other women who can easily get the market for the product but got no skills. When these two partner, business get easy and enjoyable on both ends.
Research, search and social networking provided by web 2.0 is both exciting and empowering. It has provided me with the ability to create my profile on a social networking plat form in the internet, a great way to source for information and ideas for my articles.
Web 2.0 has provided a world where no editor rejects my articles, a world where I always get audience. Reading comments from my audience gives me strength courage and power to keep writing. It is so inspiring.. With web 2.0 `window shopping’ is simplified as it gives all the information of different products I need to make a good purchasing decision. It is a rapid ,very convenient and cost effective way of exploring the global market.
