I look forward to sharing more about how we are creating a narrative on public life in Kenya and especially around women in leadership capacities across the 47 counties. Currently, we are collecting stories via SMS, and via our other social media sites, and also at in-person events, where we are showing films that spur individual community members to create action in small and large ways, especially women, because they are the majority of the population.

Media is missing a powerful piece, that of the women who build the home, and who are the eyes, ears, and hands of the community.

I look forward to sharing more about this work, and that of our partners, as well as some of my own thoughts, and lessons from audience engagement and film making.

Best,
Josephine
