Women of Bangladesh || Parenting Worldwide
Dear World Pulserians,
Some of you might be aware that World Pulse in partnership with Sylvia Global Media Network has made it possible for VOF 2013 Correspondents to host online radio shows. I took the opportunity and here is my introduction (of myself and of the upcoming shows):
The shows will be as follows and are expected to start in 2014:
Women of Bangladesh- This show aims to capture the achievements of Bangladeshi women as well as to discuss the discrimination directed towards them and possible solutions. Guests will be Bangladeshi men, women, and transgender because it is only by involving everyone in the conversations that we can create a conducive society for all. Bangladesh is home to 160 million people and is the world's 8th largest populated country, so it is imperative that the stories of all these people are brought out to the world. Potential guests are also anyone from around the world who have had experience working with/for Bangladeshi women.
Parenting Worldwide- This show aims to bridge the growing communication gap between the youths and the elderly people. Inspiration for this came from this news: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2456273/Aging-world-Elderly-peop...
Guests will be parents and teenagers from around the world who will be invited to discuss the insecurities as well as the innumerable joys that define this unique relationship between parents and children.
Social media pages for these shows will be up and running soon, and the links will be shared here.
I invite you all to actively participate by:
(1) listening to the shows (more details on this coming soon)
(2) giving your opinions on the social media pages (as soon as they are created)
(3) connecting me with people who will be great guests for these shows
(4) appearing in these shows as guests
Let's create a desirable footprint on this world through these conversations!
Seeking your love and blessings.
